Product Return and Replacement Procedures
All Extra Battery products are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. Products which are shipped are free from any known defects in manufacturing.  Should you receive a product that is found to be defective, Extra Battery will replace it.
Extra Battery also offers a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.

Products received without a completed product replacement form will cause delay in processing.

Extra Battery replacement products will be shipped to you by Extra Battery for the same product which was returned.  No substitutions will apply. Allow fourteen days for processing to receive your replacement products.

Replacing Products
On occasion you may need to replace products that have been damaged in shipment or that were missing from your order or sent to you in error. Contact Extra Battery and an associate will help expedite the replacement of your damaged, missing or defective products. You have a maximum of two weeks from the date of the shipment to request a replacement.

Before returning any products, email for a Return Authorisation Number.
